    Yes. All our products are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of delivery. However, the warranty does not cover improper use of the products. For better assistance, we recommend that you contact us to assess the situation and present the options available. After the assessment you should fill in the Piranha RMA Form and send it with the product to our premises.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    How much is postage?
    From €100, postage is free for mainland Portugal and Spain. For other countries, prices vary depending on the destination, weight and carrier. At checkout, the shipping costs will be calculated and informed to you before you finalize your order, along with the total price.
  • Is it possible to return or exchange a product?

    Yes. It is possible to return or exchange a product within 30 days of delivery, as long as the product is in the same condition as it was sold. Shipping costs are borne by the customer. For more information go to: exchanges and returns.
  • What if the order arrives damaged or exchanged? What should I do?

    When you receive your order, check to see if it is damaged or if there is a product that doesn't match what you ordered. If this happens, we will ask for collection from the customer's address. Piranha Tattoo Supplies will refund you the amount paid for the order and the shipping costs.
