PIRANHA SUPPLIES SHOPPING PORTAL RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY


1. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

The B2B customer has a period of 30 days from the date of delivery of the products purchased on the Piranha Supplies portal/online store to return or exchange the products.

In the case of several products ordered at once and delivered separately, to return the order, the 30-day period begins to run from the delivery of the last product.

To return a product, the B2B customer must state unequivocally that he/she wishes to cancel the contract, and must return the product complete, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was sold.

Products must not show signs of misuse and must be in good condition, accompanied by the instruction manual and all accessories that make up the product.

In the event of exercising the return policy, the B2B customer must bear all costs of returning the products.

Products must be exchanged or returned by sending them to the Piranha Supplies address indicated in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale of the Piranha Supplies Purchasing Portal, accompanied by a copy of the invoice or order receipt.



2. REFUNDS

Once we have received all or part of the products ordered at our premises, we will process them within an average of one week. If the return is confirmed, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial purchase, within 14 days.

Refunds will only be made to the account/card from which the purchase was made. In the case of a simple change of item, color or size, once the availability of the product has been verified, it will be sent to the address you indicate in the exchange process.



3. EXCLUSIONS TO RETURNING OR EXCHANGING PRODUCTS

The following are excluded from the Product Returns Policy:

  • Products made to the B2B Customer's specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Products which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or quickly become out of date.
  • Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons when opened after delivery;
  • Products which, after delivery and by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other products;
